I want a refund

If you have a booking for a performance that has not been cancelled, there is no entitlement to a refund or a change of date, performance or seats.  This applies regardless of when the booking was made, this is a term of sale which comes into force when the relevant box is ticked at checkout.

If you will not be attending a Performance for which you have a booking and the Performance has not been cancelled, please see the information at this link.
