We collect still picture, film, or sound recordings of you as an attendee of the performance of SIX the Musical at Hampton Court Palace.
Under the General Attendance Conditions which form part of the contract of sale, the venue operator has the right to make or authorise the making of still picture, film or sound recordings which includes audience members.
The venue operator has authorised Screensleeves Ltd to make, use, and distribute such recordings of the event. Sound and images of audience members will be included in these recordings. Use of a ticket to enter the venue constitutes acknowledgement of the foregoing.
Where we have gathered this information, we have the right to process this information for publicity, promotional, and for documentary purposes worldwide and in perpetuity and in any and all media.
We may assign or sub-licence and all of the information gathered for the purposes of publicity, promotion, or documentary purposes of SIX the Musical.
