I want to redeem a SIX Exchange Card
During the special circumstances of the pandemic, SIX Exchange E-Cards have been issued to certain customers to enable them to apply the value of a booking for SIX at The Vaudeville Theatre to a future booking for SIX at The Vaudeville Theatre. E-Cards are not generally redeemable for other productions of SIX.
However, by special arrangement, the ability to redeem SIX Exchange E-Cards for this Event may be available at certain times. Availability is limited and at times there may be no availability for redemption bookings.
- To check whether redemption booking is available, select seats as usual. At checkout, look for this section on the checkout page:
- If this section is not shown on the checkout page, then there is currently no availability for redemption bookings and the booking must be paid for in the usual way as a new booking.
- If this section is shown on the checkout page, then the unredeemed or unexpired value of one SIX Exchange E-Card can be redeemed towards the value of the new booking:.
- Click on the + button to open up the redemption field, copy the E-Card Redemption Code into the redemption field and the value of the new booking or the remaining value on the E-Card, whichever is higher, will be applied as a discount to the new booking.
- The value of only one SIX Exchange E-Card can be applied to a booking. To apply the value of several Exchange E-Cards it is necessary to make a separate booking for each.
- If the new booking has a lower value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference will be retained on the E-Card and can be applied to a further booking for which E-Card redemption is available.
- If the new booking has a higher value than the remaining balance on the E-Card, any difference can be topped up using a credit or debit card at checkout.
